Climb Out Of The Fitness Rut

If you've stopped exercising because of your work schedule, then it's time to break the cycle. Your health will improve, as will your productivity.

Sometimes I get it fixed in my mind that I just can't go to the gym until I get through a stack of unfinished tasks at work. So, I get to my office at 6.30 am and instead of going to the gym I start my work. Sure, I get a lot of work done, but the stack of tasks just never seems to get smaller!
