Good news for active men; studies have shown that even moderate exercise may help prevent impotence.

It seems it's fair to say what's good for your heart is good for your sex life too. Active men were found to be less likely to become impotent (lose erectile function) than inactive men with the major reason being that exercise promotes healthy and clear blood vessels.
