No Link Between Meat & Breast Cancer

A Brigham and Women's Hospital study challenges the theory that women who eat less meat may lower their risk of breast cancer.

For many years it has been thought that meat consumption is associated with breast cancer. Earlier studies reported that higher intakes of meat and eggs were linked with a higher incidence of breast cancer (Gray et al. 1979).
