Been a while since you last exercised? Here are some tips on taking advantage of the sun's warming motivation and working out for maximum effect and minimum aches and pains.

It can be easy to stay in bed on cold winter mornings and blustery afternoons. But with the sun shining, the prospect of getting outdoors and exercising can be much more enticing. So we dust off the bike, pull the runners out and, possibly, try on the swimsuit to see if we'll be decent when we go for a swim.
